MONSTERA BISTRO
This contemporary designed bistro is located on the ground floor of a listed cultural heritage building. The central theme of the space is inspired by the Monstera Deliciosa plant, which is creatively integrated into the design through metal construction Deliciosa Bloom, lighting fixtures, ceramic tiles in the restrooms, and various shades of green that infuse the interior. The renovation thoughtfully balances the old with the new: the marble flooring includes cement traces of the original blueprint, the brick wall preserves the 1897 floral paintings. A new glazed partition has been added at the entrance, enhancing the flow of natural light and creating a harmonious transition between the exterior and interior spaces. The primary goal of the renovation was to foster an intimate connection between the space, the guests, and the culinary experience. Every design choice was made with the intention of enriching the dining atmosphere, ensuring a seamless interaction between the environment and the food on offer.
