EXHIBITION da ne da ne bo več prišla da ne bo da me žge da se odg...

The exhibition "da ne da ne bo več prišla da ne bo da me žge da se odg..." at Galerija Kresija,  as part of the Ljubljana Art Weekend, was conceived with a minimalist approach, where artists are in dialogue with the Anja's Zag Golob poetry collection - books are painted and altered by various artists - and displayed as floating sculptures on the walls. These unique pieces are mounted on pedestals that extend from the surface, incorporating mirrored elements that create dynamic reflections and multiple perspectives. The interaction between the books, mirrors, and space allows for an evolving visual experience, as viewers shift their positions and explore different angles. This interplay between materiality and perception challenges the boundaries of traditional art display, transforming books into both sculptural and conceptual objects. The exhibition invites contemplation on the book as a medium—how it can be reconstructed, and reinterpreted through artistic intervention. Each piece reflects the artist’s engagement with text, form, and surface, creating a dialogue between literature, visual art, and spatial perception.
